Outstanding! Flavors just bust in your mouth, all complimenting each other perfectly. The video is helpful for the potato peeler tip to mash the avocados with while leaving them chunky. In fact I left them even more chunky. I also used Bush's Beans (original) along with sharp cheddar cheese. I cooked corn tortillas by spraying them with olive oil...

Thanks to Ina Garten for the simple directions for making the perfect eye pleasing, great tasting hard-boiled eggs. Even simple procedures in the kitchen can be frustrating if good technique and timing aren't reviewed. Before my hard-boiled eggs looked pale, and their texture was chalky. Now I make perfect hard-boiled eggs every time! ""

Reviewed Crispy Baked 'Fried' Chicken

Won't be using this recipe as is again. The mustard overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the chicken, and the meat was tough (something I never get w/other recipes). The coating seemed more like a casing or entity all on it's own. Perhaps this would work without or with less of the two tablespoons of mustard, and breadcrumbs rather than cornflakes....

This beef stew is easy to pull together, the measurements work perfectly in a standard iron dutch oven, the taste, texture, and visual is wonderful. It literally took me back in time to when my mom would made a hearty beef stew on a brisk autumn day. Excellent!""
