"Since Paula offers alternatives, I will tell you what we used. It was so good.. people couldn't stop eating it. It makes a big batch and it was gone in one night.

We used: 1 can diced tomatoes plus 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes HOT flavor

"I have made this before and am digging it out to make again. It is so good! One thing I do differently is I halve some seedless grapes instead of using raisins.
