About Me
My nieces and nephew have started calling me "Unkle Bilge," and it stuck! I am a retired dentist. My wife and my girlfriend from childhood have a small specialty food business for which I develop the food products. It is really neat to see your own creations go into production and then get snapped up by repeat customers!
Favorite Foods
Anything Italian, Spanish, Hispanic, Mexican, Tex-Mex, New England, Southern (fried), or Barbecue! I'm an Omnivore. My favorite restaurant is Pazzo in Glastonbury, CT. It's like "Cheers" to me, and the food is great!Advertisement
