"Even with the modifications in the comments (13x9 inch pan instead of trying to make cookies) and only using less than 1/2 the recommended amount of powdered sugar, these are a disaster.
They fall apart and crumble in your hands when you try to cut them into bars. They are too sweet (STILL!). And they are so rich as to almost be inedible.
I'd much rather eat traditional smores (essentially all these are if you go with the bar modification) and they are about 1000x easier to make and actually less messy!!!
