I've been making this dish since Feb. '07. It's a hit for family parties. I usually make 5x the quantity. I've used tilapia or any thick white fish. I only like using Muir Glen diced tomatoes since they have a sweet tomato flavor. "

One of our favorites flank recipe. I've been making this since 2009. My kids love it and ask that I make it all the time. I found that 1/4c. of light soy and 1 tbsp. of creole seasoning was enough otherwise it was too salty and too spicy for my kids. "
