“My son was craving meatballs. we'd never made them before, but we found this recipe and followed it pretty much to the letter, except for the following:
we only used 1/b of ground beef, so we cut everything else back to 2/3 except the egg.
we also didn't have red pepper flakes, so we used freshly ground black pepper.
