Reviewed Spicy Hummus: Quick Chickpea Spread
"This was very dry and just didn't have much flavor. I followed the recipe. I interpreted a drizzle of oil to be about 1 teaspoon. It was dry, so then I added some sesame oil and additional crushed chili. It was still very dry. I think that it definitely needs significantly more oil. Also more of the spices would help. ""
Reviewed Grilled Ratatouille Salad
"I made this by the recipe except that I added some chopped up roasted Chicken Thigh meat (cold). Pros are that it is exceptionally healthy and easy to make. Negative is that it is just not that great. It's not bad, just so-so. If I try it again, I would add some cheese, maybe grated Parmesan. Maybe also I would add a dressing with more to it "
Reviewed Mom's Homemade Granola
"I checked at about 10 minutes and it looked good. Wish that I had taken it out then. At 15 min. much of it was burnt, especially the nuts and cranberries. I say the time should be about 10 minutes, or the temp should be lower. I also will try to remove burned pieces. It did smell wonderful."
