Sorry everyone - but I have to agree with the other reviews - this was a MESS! I used graham cracker crust just as she did & it never cooked in the middle in 1 hour's time. Very good recipe. I added just a little anise extract b/c I like the flavor to stand out more. They were very crunchy & wonderful with coffee! Great recipe if made right!

Amazing cheesecake. The sweetened condensed milk really gives the cheesecake a wonderful flavor! The sweetness is right on! It really has a great creamy texture as well.
