"Great Stuff!"

Reviewed Berry Custard Pie

"Sorry everyone - but I have to agree with the other reviews - this was a MESS! I used graham cracker crust just as she did & it never cooked in the middle in 1 hour's time. The edges burnt by the time the middle was even close enough to take it out of the oven! Not sure if others used a different type of pie plate or what ---- but this is a sure fire miss & there are far more bad reviews than good - don't waste your time. Just another flop for Sandra "wanna be a chef" Lee.

Reviewed Anise Biscotti

"Very good recipe. I added just a little anise extract b/c I like the flavor to stand out more. They were very crunchy & wonderful with coffee! Great recipe if made right!

Reviewed Biscotti with Caramelized Hazelnuts

"I wish there was a lower rating than one - like 1/4 of a star & it would just barely make that rating. One would think that for a person that acts so supreme when dealing out criticism's to actual chefs on a reality show - she would have all 5 star recipes! Alex this was just disgusting! As a fellow Italian you have missed the mark completely & have embarrassed all Italians - this is our signature cookie - no real way to mess it up, but you have obviously done just that! What a waste of money! Texture was way off - there was no taste to speak of, & it just plain sucked! You need to find some humility fast!

Reviewed Eagle Brand® Mini Cheesecake

"Amazing cheesecake. The sweetened condensed milk really gives the cheesecake a wonderful flavor! The sweetness is right on! It really has a great creamy texture as well. If you overcook the cheesecake you will lose the creamy texture & most likely crack the top. I made a 9-inch cheesecake & adjusted the cooking time. You can also cook it at 350 degrees in a water bath. This will make the cheesecake a bit creamier as well. Wonderful recipe though - you can add even more flavor by adding 1/4 cup of lemon juice (from concentrate or fresh).
