Husband and dad. I love being creative. I have two very finiky people in my house and my wife has various food allergies. That will not stop me from trying something new. I love watching the cooking chanel. There are various programs here and all of them give me inspiration. I have created several of my own dishes that have become manditory to make regularly by mixing and matching various cooking methods that I watch.
