Reviewed Gnocchi with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Chanterelles

Loved it and so did my boyfriend who is a foodie. I used gnocchi from a local, very good, Italian deli. The sauce was a little thin so I added a bit of Parmesan. This isn't a thick sauce which is good because the flavor combination of the ingredients stands out rather than a sauce dominating. Loved how the little bit of red pepper sneaks up for a "
