Oh.my.GOSH. My husband and I are licking our plates. I have been using Food Network on-line for as long as I can remember for recipes {and watching, of course} but this recipe compelled me to sign on halfway through the meal to write my first review. It's amazing, scrumptious, plate licking good!

I used thick cut bone-in pork chops...

I wanted to also add to my previous review, I mixed 1Tbsp of flour and 1Tbsp butter together and added it to the sauce {once I removed the meat} and brought it to a boil and then simmered for 5 minutes to thicken up the sauce a bit more. The sauce was quite watery when it first came out of the oven.
