Fantastic, easy and healthy. I used spinach and fat-free feta cheese crumbles, instead of arugula and goat's cheese. This was delicious, served either hot or cold. The sauce combined perfectly with the pasta and veggies. In fact I think the sauce can also be served with the veggies alone as a dip.
