"Great recipe and the Cajaun Pepper was a teaser in there. My First Batch I put the full amount called for and I felt it was a bit to much , so when I mixed another Batch of dry ingredients I put in 1/8 th of a Tsp. And still can tell it was there , but not as much Punch !!
