"The sauce is awesome. I used some nice shrimp instead, lightly flouring them and then searing in olive oil, then combined them with the sauce and cooked just until done. It was great. I followed the recipe exactly and was really impressed. Next time I'll use a little extra jalapeno just because I like the heat a lot, and possibly try sugar free""
