Reviewed Spicy Beef Chili
"I won a chili cookoff on friday using this recipe as a base. I added twice the tomotoes and used whole tomatoes without the skin. also doubled the amount of all hot peppers. The chipotles really make this chile adding that extra layer of smoke flavour.
