"Followed the directions to a T... Middle didn't cook up after 1 hour in the oven. Covered the edges with foil and cooked an additional 20. 1 hour and 20 minutes and it was done. I think my canned pumpkin was too watery, which caused the bake time to increase. By far, the most delicious thing I've ever made! IMO, you cannot overcook this desert. Ho""
