This is a tasty recipe but you will need to increase the cooking time or the potatoes will come out hard. I use a good oven thermometer so my temperature was correct. Reviewed Glazed Carrots

I live in Peru and ginger ale is not in every market so I substituted Sprite. I also used about 1 tsp. of fresh grated ginger. Followed the rest of the directions and got the best tasting carrots I've ever eaten. The Sprite reduced to a nice syrup perfectly and the carrots were tender not mushy. I'll never make them any other way. Super easy too....
