About Me

I am a 63 year old retired grandmother (2 girls) who loves cooking and traveling the world. I love to learn some of the recipes of other countries and have cooked in China, Turkey, Thailand and many of the European Nations. I am looking for low calorie, low fat recipes for one or two people or ones that can be frozen for later. I am enjoying the recipes I have found and am looking forward to more.

Favorite Foods

I am quite flexible in my food likes and dislikes. This is why I need some diet dishes. I am not a big dessert person I seem to like the meat, fish and vegetables. Living in a cold climate I enjoy making homemade soups and breads most of all and my biggest problem is bread I can eat it anytime and with anything.
I like most restaurants but I think the ones with great seafood are my favorite.
