Excellent recipe, although I added fresh thyme, carrots, red pepper and mushrooms. Ina's recipe is great, just lacking in veggies. As others have said, don't skip the cream; it makes a huge difference in the quality of the dish. "

This mayonnaise recipe is outstanding! I will never buy prepared mayo again! I have already made it a few times with some twists: try adding garlic, paprika, your herb of choice or lemon. The possibilities are endless! The vinegar taste was just right for me, but if it is too much for you, simply add less! This recipe is a keeper!"
