Reviewed Peanut Butter and Banana Bread Finger Sandwiches
"Amazing! Huge hit with everyone. The sandwiches are slightly unappealing to look at, but once they taste it, everyone always grab a second and third. The second time I made them, I added a 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips. The banana, peanut butter and chocolate is the best combo. Also instead of using creamy peanut butter, I used chunky. and the second time I added 3 oz of cream cheese, just for a jazzy sweetness!
About Me
I love to cook, especially spicy food. Love it! Italian, mexican, indian.... anything with flavor! But there is days that a nice comforting meal with a warm chocolate dessert is the answer! I am a hair stylist, and deal with people all day long. It is a fabulous time to be in the kitchen with my son whipping up our next yummy meal! Cooking together are great memories for us!
