Excellent! Do not change a thing, except to maybe double it! And definitely serve with some grated Parmesan and some crusty bread.. :-)"

Rice pilaf was awesome! My husband doesn't care for sweet with his savory - so next time I'll make some without the raisins.. Thank you Emeril!"

Truly awesome! My very picky (and a good cook in his own right) boyfriend raved about this.. I'm always afraid of disappointing him with my new recipe "finds"-do not be afraid of this one! I changed it a bit (to accommodate his request for a "wet" lasagne) by adding a jar of TJs tomato/basil marinara, but this recipe is fantastic!! Lots of great"

Wow! Followed most of this recipe to a T, turned out totally awesome! Thank you so much, can't believe the depth of flavors that came out in this dish.. I questioned the 1/4 cup of pepper to the 1/2 cup of flour for the meat - I peppered it well - but not even close to 1/4 cup - it was perfect in every way!!! Wish I could give it a 10!"

I hit a home run with this one! I didn't use your tomato sauce recipe, I had leftover sauce from an old Italian recipe that I used, I'll try yours next time! Followed the rest of your recipe to a tee, the first time I've made anything with eggplant that's truly worth repeating! Loved it! Thank you!"

OMG! The very best banana bread I've ever made! Definitely needs to cook more than an hour - makes me wonder if the others did more than just fold the 2 mashed bananas in... Very moist, with chunks of gooey banana spread throughout! Yippee! This recipe is now my go-to one for banana bread - super easy, and it's delicious!! Thank you!""
