"WE LOVE THIS SALMON!!! My son eats everything but I never heard him ask for food so much.... I would say like twice a week, he asks me when are WE GOING TO HAVE THE SALMON AGAIN!!!! This recipe is so good and it is also great for those that are not meat eaters. Make this for the holiday and it will complement your holiday dinner. ENJOY! :) "

Hello... mi Gente (my People).... I am a latin lover who is a great cook and love to explore many different foods.... my favorite Chefs are Guy, Bobby Flay, Tyler Florence and Paula Deen.... I love them... I do not miss their shows if I do not have to... Other than that!!! Food is my life... I have learned to cook and do for my family and myself. I have lost weight since I have learned to cook more and become more creative. I am not bored with the original cooking of latin foods... now at home I cook something different nearly everyday... and I just make sure that I measure the serving size and I get to enjoy the DELICIOUS RECIPES I MAKE WITH LOVE!!!
