My boyfriend and I LOVED this recipe! I did end up substituting hominy for southwestern corn since I'd never had hominy before. And we used black beans instead of ranch-style b/c I couldn't find any. But I added a little ranch dressing to the chicken and he really loved the flavor. We couldn't stop raving about it the whole time we ate it!!!"

I loved this recipe, although I changed a few things. I've never had lamb so I used steak and with the sauce it gave it such a great flavor and made it so juicy. Also, I used cooking sherry b/c I didn't have ruby port so maybe the flavor would be different but with those 2 changes I still absolutely loved it. "

I love this recipe! It was so easy and really delicious. I did find rose water at Wegmans and I could taste a slight hint of it. I may try adding a little more next time. I really wanted to love this smoothie, but I ended up throwing most of it away. It's such a creative way to use herbs, too. I only put in half the sugar after reading how sweet it is and it was still way too sweet for me (and I love sugar). I really didn't like it but maybe I'll try it again another time and either put in even less sugar. "

I thought this was simple and creative. I added a little salt on mine and melted butter on the leftovers. It was easy to do and mine cooked pretty evenly as I just kept moving them around. Not the most gourmet thing but it was something different and pretty basic. I even liked them as leftovers and mine never once got mushy. I'm making them again...
