Reviewed Apple Zeppole with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
"Apple flavor is subtle and delicate; With a few extra teaspoons of powdered sugar, cinnamon whipped cream is sublime. The batter was a little runnier than I expected making the zeppole flatter and more like little puffy pancakes. Overall this little recipe is worth a try, it's easy, special and different. My little boy and I loved them on a snowy night and we're saving the extras for breakfast!!

"Apple flavor is subtle and delicate; Cinnamon whipped cream is really sublime although I added a few tsp of powdered sugar...... The batter was a little runnier than I expected but that could also be because I beat it by hand with a wooden spoon (beaters are out of commission)..... Overall this little recipe is worth a try, it's easy, special and different. My little boy and I loved them on a snowy night and we're saving the extras for breakfast!!
