These were EXCELLENT -- smooth and delicious! : )
I would agree w/"perhaps" tho' that the temp setting is too low.
I actually increased the oven temp to 325 after the required baking time, as they weren't close to being set at 30 minutes, and that seemed to do the trick (w/o drying them out). Next time will use a 325 setting....
