I didn't have honey, so I tweaked the sauce a bit. I still used mayo but used garlic chili sauce with some hoison sauce. So good! I think I've finally found a great coating for frying. It seems every time I fry, the breading gets soggy, but this exact combo is awesome!

Very good. I added about 4 tbs of heavy cream to use the rest of what I had and used white/yellow onions instead of the leeks. I also used cream cheese versus the goat cheese. Excellent recipe to use the rest of what you have left over! I added a little flour with the onions at the beginning to make the soup a tad bit thicker.
