“First time using panko style crumbs. The crumbs and seasonings are good and tasty. The chicken was moist. Like one reviewer though I could not get the chicken to brown, even at the higher temperature of 425. I turned them over after 10 minutes and sprayed the turned over side with vegetable cooking spray."”

“My husband joined Weight Watchers. We had this tonight. The taste is good. I did overcook mine a bit even going by the recipe oven degrees, but that';s my oven. I don';t think there was enough sauce for the top (mine did not come out looking like the picture, so I will increase the amount next time. It was difficult to have only one ...”

"We made a huge slow cooker pulled pork roast(8 pounds). We froze some to be used for barbecue sandwiches. We froze the rest (after shredding it) in weighed amounts for dinners for two. Any ideas on how we can use these amounts in other recipes other than barbecue? Thanks."

“I was going to post this until I saw it already listed. My sister-in-law sent this recipe to me. I did not have parchment paper so I used waxed paper. I lost two batches becuse of my oven temperture. The rest turned out okay with 9 minutes in the oven. Also, like Roseflr my first batch crumbled because I didn';t let them cool long enough....”
