"A nice change of flavors for us. Includes many of our favorite ingredients, but never combined them in this way before. Made it for breakfast, but the time and prep work probably makes it more suitable as a brunch food or party food. Several of us thought it was like bacon candy. I put the chives in the cream cheese mixture instead of as a garnish by mistake. That turned out well as we found it tasted great on leftover rye toast.
