"I used this crust to bake an apple pie and it was delicious. I am usually not comfortable with making pies but decided to take the plunge and was pleasantly surprised at the end result. This will be my all time favorite pie crust recipe. It was a flaky, buttery crust. Delicious!!!

"This recipe is fantastic!!! It was a little time consuming to make but is well worth the effort. My family has already asked when I will be making it again. Next time I will use less hot pepper flakes and omit the capers. Definitely a keeper.
