"These were not very good. They are absolutely dripping butter. I actually put on paper towels after cooling to sop some of the grease up! A shame to waste all that butter and Ginger on a blah recipe. I had such high hopes from the unusual spices but not much flavor.

"This has become one of my favorite soups becuase it's so fresh-tasting and easy to make! Definitely serve it with the toasted bread and don't forget the sea salt in the olive oil. I always keep some of this in my freezer for dinner in a pinch. Thank you!
