Reviewed mushroom and marsala casserole with polenta crust

Aug 31, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Very good! This was my first solid meal after having my tonsils out two weeks ago. I wanted something rich but soft with no meat and this seemed perfect. This has become one of my favorite soups becuase it's so fresh-tasting and easy to make! Definitely serve it with the toasted bread and don't forget the sea salt in the olive oil. I always keep some of this in my freezer for dinner in a pinch. Thank you!
