I really liked this dip. It made a lot, so the next day,I added shredded chicken and black olives, rolled it in 4 tortilla wraps, poured enchilada sauce over it with some shredded cheese and baked for 30 minutes on 325, then served it over shredded lettuce with sour cream. A dip turned into a quick, weeknight dinner. I will make this again! ""

Reviewed Avocado Dressing

This recipe did make more than I thought so I used the left over dressing on a Pasta Salad. I roasted a chicken breast (shredded it), boiled pasta and added peas, tomatos, cuke and black olives, then mixed in the dressing, added parm cheese. It was so good!! The lemon and avacado went so well with the chicken and pasta!!! =) xo"
