Reviewed Swordfish with Tomatoes and Capers

Quick and easy version...I made this tonight...and I want to make it again tomorrow =) I used what I had in the pantry. A can of fire roasted tomatoes, shallots, dried basil and didn't have chicken stock. Everything else was the same. I also topped the swordfish with lemon. It was delicious....Ina never disappoints!"

Great show today! My Husband and I laughed out loud. We made the meatloaf today and just had a sandwich. (no pickles The sandwich made us so happy!
