"Man this is a great recipe, but I made a few changes to stay away from butter. I added chicken bullion cubes to the grits water to add flavor so I didn't have to use butter. Then I used olive oil, added minced garlic and mushrooms...allowed that to sautee before adding a half cup of white wine and a half cup of heavy cream. Lastly I added capers, "

"There is definantly something wrong with this recipe. I added one egg and half stick of butter, and it still feel apart. This needs to be removed and re-done before more people waste their ingrediants trying to prepare it."

Reviewed Penne with Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese

"I didn't have the extra 45mins to bake the butternut squash and onions. Heck, it took me that long to cut the skin off the squash...lol. However, I sauteed with a little olive oil until soft...adding the onions about 10mins after the squash then sprinkled a little salt and pepper...worked out GREAT! Really liked this recipe overall. Think I'll eat the left overs today.;-)"
