"I have made this recipe using a few other ingredients but it is TO DIE FOR!!!!! Mascarpone cheese is not available where I live so I substitute 8 oz cream cheese, 3 Tbsp sour cream and 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream for it. Also, to make things much easier I use a caned rolled pizza dough. I have also used packaged pizza crust that you just mix with water. SO much easier than making the pizza crust from scratch. Literally takes 15 minutes to make from start to finish if you bake it. This is one of the main recipes in my homemade recipe book."
