"This sandwich is really good and pretty easy to make. I love it. I substituted the Dijon for Honey mustard and the red chili peppers for hot giardiniera because thats what I had and I know that it didnt make much of a difference. My boyfriend said it was delicious and that was the first time I ever heard him use that word. I cant wait to try another Aaron McCargo recipe. So far they've all been great.
