Reviewed Broccoli Casserole
"I love this recipe as well as my family and friends. It is requested every year and even after the holidays! I put my own spin on it by using a blend of six italian cheeses, Mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina and romano cheese (instead of the cheddar I als0 add lots of fresh garlic and "adobo" as additional seasoning.

About Me
I am a Director of Sales in the Hospitality Industry in the Central Florida area. I love to go to outdoor jazz concerts, broadway musicals, long walks on the beach and foreign films, but most of all I love to entertain my family and friends with great food and cocktails which compliment our meals. I love it when we are all gather in the kitchen working together on the preparations for our meal, all talking laughing and just enjoying the moment, this makes me very happy!!!!
Favorite Foods
My favorite dish to cook is turkey chili, so good when it starts to get chilly and everyone loves it. I am famous for my super moist maple roasted turkey and brocolli casserole, I am always asked to make it for Thanksgiving. Everyone also raves about my "Sancocho" which is Puerto Rican stew I make for those days when it is rainy, chilly or just under the weather or hung over.
My favorite restaurant is the Italian restaurant "Brio's? I just love their carpaccio!!!!! and they make the best cosmos!
