Delish! I followed some other reviewers tips and used spinach instead of arugala also used 3 large cloves of garlic instead of 2, added a little dry white wine with the lemon juice and a pinch of red pepper flakes. I also added some fresh tomatoes because I love them. Will definitely be making this again and again!"

This recipe sounds great, but only if you have a double oven! Would love to try for Christmas, but would need to "share" oven time in order to cook/heat side dishes.
