This. Was. Amazing! I followed the recipe as written except after shredding the pork I threw it in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes to get those crispy edges (thus avoiding the added fat of the oil. I felt like I was eating at Chipotle. Thanks for sharing this one, Melissa--it's a keeper!!"
