“Have been making a variation of this recipe for years, always comes out great...I just add an extra 1/4 cup of chedder, and the equiv. of two slices of chopped, crispy bacon directly to the potoato mix (there's magic in bacon and chedder).
I'll often halve the tater's too and stuff both sides.....depends on the size and shape.
