OMG so good and easy. You can't go wrong! The store I went to didn't have preserves so I used black cherry fruit spread instead and it still came out good. I will try the preserves next time. Maybe add a little red wine too. ""

Great dish! Super easy. I squeezed a little lemon over the pasta at the end and the flavors just pop! Will add mushrooms and a little more basil next time. I do recommend sauteing the pancetta halfway through then add the garlic. That way, the garlic doesn't burn. "
