This recipe did not turn out well at all for me! The fact that the icing states the use of 4 pounds of butter should have been my first clue.I followed the recipe to the exact step yet they tasted very similar to bran muffins. The filling turned to soup and the icing was simply over powered by alcohol. I've had better tasting cakes form a box! "
