"I've only made one calzone before attempting this one, and it didn't turn out well, despite the ingredients used. So after reading the other reviews, I opted out of using giardiniera and substituted sweet red bell peppers with a couple tablespoons of champagne vinagrette. So delicious!! Complimented with a side of marinara, you can't go wrong. ""
