"I made this recipe as the dinner in which I proposed to my now fiancée... and let me tell you, despite us both being nervous and excited as all-get-out, and bearing in mind that the engagement ring was in the chocolate box that came AFTER the dinner, both she and I could not stop raving about how good this dish is! The stuffing is bright and flavorful, and the sauce is a perfect compliment to it. Be sure to properly brown your chicken for some good fond to deglaze with the wine!
