Great! and tasty! I used an Italian chicken sausage and that definitely upped the taste factor. All the ingredients overflowed a 10in. skillet though. Should use a 12in. skillet. I'm a newbie cook and do not have a biscuit cutter, rolling pin, or even the counter space to use them, so I cheated and used homestyle biscuits out of one of those tubes....
