Reviewed Easy as Apple Pie
"I had some extra Gala apples around and I decided to give this a try. I cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup, added 1/4 cup of light brown sugar and added about 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon. Other than that, I followed the recipe as directed. Total winner! Family loved it! I think next time if I use Gala apples I'll cut the white sugar back even more"
Reviewed Loin of Pork with Fennel and Garlic
"I made this for a holiday dinner, after reading all the reviews. I cut the salt by half, used kosher salt and still the crust was too salty, but most of the meat tasted bland. Those were the only modification I made; followed everything else to the 'T". I don't think I'll make this again."
