Excellent! Saw this on her show a while back & wanted to try it. As others said, I would add an egg next time to the meat mixture as they did not fall apart but had to treat them carefully to keep it from happening. Taste great & the family said it's a keeper! Yum!"

These are awesome & easy. Our family is not usually that big on chops but they ate these up & wanted more. Had them last month & making again today. I too used the drippings, added flour, S&P & milk, to make gravy & served with mashed potatoes. A new family favorite!"
