I thought this recipe was quite tasty considering how simple it was to make. I did follow the recommendation of a previous commenter and added some dried oregano to taste. That put the recipe over the top. I also substituted spinach for the arugula. My wife wasn't too keen on the orange rinds so I'll probably peel the orange next time."

As with a select few reviewers, I was disappointed with this dish. Mine turned out much too salty, even though I followed the recipe closely. I suspect the extra salt came from the cheese and the sauce. On top of the saltiness, there just wasn't much flavor. Overall, the dish was quite bland.

I won't be making this again.

The lamb was _outstanding_. I cooked it on my Big Green Egg charcoal grill using indirect heat and a bit of mesquite chips for some some flavor and everyone loved it, including the kids.

Can't say that the marinade did much for me but it did seem to cut down on the gamey taste of the lamb. Even those in the family who were professed...

If I could give 1/2 stars, I would rate this as 3.5 stars. It was good, but not great. Admittedly, I substituted a dollip of plain greek yogurt in each bowl in place of the buttermilk so, maybe, I changed the recipe for the worse.

This recipe turned out great. I had to admit I was a bit skeptical while I was making it but it was awesome. Both my wife and I agreed that we had never had pork so tender and juicy. It's a lot of work, but definitely worthy of a holiday meal. We would be very confident serving this to guests.

By the way, I caramelized the onions...
