Definitely one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! I should've let it rest after taking it out of the pan but I was in a hurry. I served it with garlic/parmesan potatoes, rosemary and basil green beans and rolls with Italian dipping oil. Fantastic! I'd never tried putting a pan on top of a cut of meat to help press it down before, it is definite"
