Reviewed Black Bean and Corn Salad

Nice and refreshing salad. I actually cooked the beans myself the day before and refrigerated them in the Mexican style with epazote.I used fresh corn instead that was on sale. Didn't have Tabasco sauce but used a Sweet Cajun Blackening Sauce. It had a nice balance of flavors, and was very easy to make."
