Reviewed Brined Herb-Crusted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy

"Tried this last Thanksgiving and it has become our go-to recipe for turkey. My family likes a very traditional bird and gravy so I left the cider and cinnamon out of the gravy. Even without these ingredients it was the best Thanksgiving gravy served at my family's table! I think the hardest part of the recipe was finding a container big enough to brine the 14 lb turkey. I ended up buying a 5 gallon Ziploc bag and using bacon boxes to keep the sides propped up enough to keep the bird covered.
